As our digital products, such as courses and e-books, are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. Services (Treatments, Appointments)
For all scheduled services and treatments, full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as supportive as possible while maintaining fairness for our treatment providers.

Changes to Appointments: You can make changes to your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time without incurring any penalty.

Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full payment will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Cancellations for Course Bookings: For anyone who has purchased a course of treatments in full, 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required. Failure to provide this notice will affect any remaining treatments in your course.
Partial Deliveries: For services that have already been partially delivered, refunds will be handled at the discretion of the treatment provider, based on the extent of the service already provided. Our aim is always to find a solution that offers reassurance and fairness.
